Refunds
A clear policy for paid plans.
We want evaluation to happen during the free trial, not after a billing surprise. This page explains when refunds may be available and how to request one.
Refund eligibility
- Monthly plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if usage has remained limited.
- Annual plans may be reviewed case-by-case when requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Custom services, implementation work, and usage-related fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@verdax.io with your account email, license key if available, purchase date, and a short explanation of the request.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the issuing bank.
